Job Benifits:

Enlightenment English is looking for a full-time teacher with teaching experience, that can commit to a minimum one-year contract.

The teacher can be male or female and should have at least one year of teaching experience. Only Americans and Canadians need apply. Those without experience will also be considered, though preference will go to those with experience.

Enlightenment English is a foreign-owned and managed company that specializes in Children's education. We have been active and growing in Beijing for the last three years. Our office and classroom is located a stone's-throw from the Haidian Huangzhuang subway station.

The position has a salary range of 8-12k a month, depending on number of hours worked and overall quality of teaching. Compensation is tied to performance. Any candidate should expect to work anywhere between 15 and 25 hours a week doing both one-on-one and small group classes. All group classes are pre-prepared; very little to no preparation is necessary on the teacher's part. All classes have a Chinese assistant teacher to assist with managing the students. The classes are easy to run and fun to teach. All that is required is an energetic and cheerful personality. Enlightenment English places a high premium on quality, applicants must be eager to work with children and have the proper disposition for doing so.

Visa assistance is available after a three-month trial period to those who are prepared to sign a two-year contract.
